| Do you work with private individuals? |
| YES, if you have the photos and wish to make a digital album, we will gladly be of service. |
| Can I request only design service and have the album printed elsewhere? |
| YES, we create the design pages in .jpg format, which is supported by most album printing facilities. Please indicate so when placing your order. |
| How long does it take to complete an album? |
| Depends on the album you ordered. The designs are usually ready for proofing within 5-10 business days. The albums are usually ready 10-20 days after proofing is done. |
| What means of payment are accetaple? |
| We accept Master card, Visa and American Express. Should you require other means of payment please feel free to contact us and we will make the required arrangements. |
| Can I combine design styles you offer, or even request a design style or theme of my own? |
| YES. We welcome special requests. |
| How can I proof the designs? |
| Once the designed album pages are ready for proofing you will be notified via email or SMS. Just log in to your ftp account and the layouts will be available for proofing. |
| How do I get a price list? |
| Register as a client and a reply email with the complete price list and ordering information will be sent to you. |
| Can I make changes to the finished design? |
| YES, once the proofs are ready for your approval, you may request changes. |
| Do you edit the images before the design process begins? |
| YES, our designers will edit selected images as required. |
| How should I prepare my image files? |
| We suggest you select the images you would like most to appear in the album. You may select up to 200 images at no extra cost. Should you have trouble to choose from all your lovely photos, based on our experience, we will happy to do the selecting for you. Remember, you can proof the designs before printing and make changes as you see fit. The images should be in JPG format. Use a high quality setting like JPEG 10 or 12.(approximately 4M pixel is required,) |
